Marangaroo Buddhist Temple


In 2000, the Marangaroo Buddhist Temple opened a major new building on its grounds for the purpose of the main prayer hall. The building was opened by the then Premier of Western Australia, Richard Court; blessed by the Head Monk of the Temple; and good luck ensured by firecrackers and Lion dancing by Chow Ka, the CCC (Chinese Community Centre) and the Chin Woo Athletic Association of WA. The Sifus of these school all have strong personal ties with the Marangaroo Buddhist Temple.
